Cypress Apartments are an upper-division apartment building located directly adjacent to campus, conveniently close to the Department of Housing and Residential Life central office. Each apartment includes a private bedroom, with shared kitchen, laundry  and living areas. 

All bed spaces are contracted individually.

This on-campus upper-division housing provides students with the opportunity to live on campus beyond their first year. With 10-month leases and the option to extend through summer, this provides flexibility to all residents.

Expand FAQ List

  • Students will be able to join an interest list for available housing for their second year and beyond. 

    Students will be able to sign up for the interest list as well as their preferred roommate (if applicable) by logging into the Housing Portal. 

    Interest list sign-up will be available beginning on November 18, 2024. 

  • A 10-month housing contract allows you the financial freedom to to go home for the summer, or pursue that dream internship! 

    With a 10-month housing contract, you have the flexibility to apply for a 2-month extension to finish out the summer on-campus. 

  • Current residents will have the opportunity to renew their same space apartment beginning November 18th and continuing through November 25th, 2024. Students wishing to stay in their current space can begin requesting roommates November 25th, 2024  - December 1st, 2024.

  • Students living at apartments are not required to have a meal plan, but can still choose one.

  • The main door utilizes the same key for each resident residing in that apartment. Individual bedrooms have a separate key to access the room. 

    You may not change / rekey the locks.

    Staff are on-call 24/7 for any concerns and can be contacted by contacting the number at the front desk of the apartment complex.
