Upper Division Housing Timeline & Process
The following information includes dates and instructions for each step of the upper division housing contract including Balcones Apartments, Bobcat Village Apartments, and Cypress Apartments. Upper division students are offered spaces based on date of being added to the interest list or based on their renewal status.

If you are not a current resident of one of our on-campus apartment communities, the interest list is the best way to get an opportunity to continue living with us on-campus. Contracts for on-campus apartments will be offered on a first come, first served basis based on the date they are added to the interest list.

Current Resident Renewal Process
Current residents will have the opportunity to renew their same space apartment beginning November 18th and continuing through November 25th. Students wishing to stay in their current space can begin requesting roommates November 25th - December 1st.
Current Resident Requesting a Change
Current residents who are seeking to change apartment complexes, rooms, or room type will have the opportunity to complete their contract and room selection for their apartment beginning December 2nd and continuing through December 6th. Roommate groups can be formed as early as November 18th.
Missed these deadlines?
Apartment residents who miss their renewal window will be given the opportunity to add their name to the interest list.
Spaces will be offered as available and do not guarantee a specific apartment.
